How do I place an order?
To place an order, click on the product you would like to buy and you will be taken to that product's information page. Once there, click on "add to cart" and you will be offered two choices to either continue shopping or to checkout. If you chose to continue shopping you will remain on the product page and if you click on checkout, you will then be taken to the checkout area where you input your details to place the order.
Once you have confirmed your details in the checkout area, click on "continue to shipping method" where you can review your details and the shipping method. There are only two shipping methods that can apply to your order - either it will be free if your order is over £100 or it will be £3.95 if your order is £100 or under. Then click on "continue to payment method" where you include your payment details to finalise the order. Finally, click on "review order" to ensure details are correct and complete the order.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming the order has been placed, as well as a separate email providing you with your purchase invoice.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email confirming this as well as which delivery service has been used and the tracking details of the order.
Do you offer trade discounts?

How long will my item take to arrive?
A good faith estimate of the delivery time for each product is specified on the relevant products page below the product description. In stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours of order and some special order items are drop shipped directly from the distributor. We cannot guarantee a delivery date for each item however if you are not home when the item is delivered, a card will be left for you with a number to call to arrange a re-delivery for a time that suits you.
What does "made to order" mean?
"Made to order" means that the item is made specifically for your and not held in stock. We do not accept returns or exchanges for made to order items and this does not affect your statutory rights.
What are your shipping rates?
Made Modern offers free shipping on all orders over £100. Our very competitive delivery charge for items of £100 or under is only £3.50. We also offer a free click and collect service from out London Bridge collection point - click here for more details.

While we aim to stay true to our brand's RRPs (recommended retails prices), we understand that other stores may chose to sell certain products below the RRP. Do you ship internationally?
Made Modern currently only ship within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside of the United Kingdom but within the European Union, please contact us at email@example.com so we can discuss the possibility of shipping to your destination. Please note that our free shipping over £100 offer as well as the flat rate £3.95 shipping cost for all orders under £100 only applies to deliveries made within mainland United Kingdom.
Is VAT included in the product price displayed?
Yes, we include VAT in the product price displayed on our site. Once you are in the checkout area you are able to view the total amount of VAT that you are paying.
